Refund Policy – Toy Station

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Toy Station (online and in-store) within the United Arab Emirates. It is aligned with applicable UAE consumer protection regulations, including Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations.

By placing an order with Toy Station, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Exchange-First Approach

At Toy Station, we follow an exchange-first policy:

  • Customers are encouraged to exchange items for the same product or another item of equal or adjusted value;
  • Refunds are only provided where an exchange is not possible (e.g., item unavailable or customer declines alternatives).

3. Return & Exchange Period

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

4. In-Store Returns Only

All returns and exchanges must be completed in person at a Toy Station retail store within the UAE.

  • Returns via courier or mail are not accepted;
  • Customers must present proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or digital invoice).

5. Conditions for Returns (Non-Defective Items)

In accordance with UAE consumer standards, returns for non-defective items are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition;
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are intact;
  • The item is returned in a resalable condition;
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Toy Station reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or not as described:

  • The customer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law;
  • Items may be subject to inspection before approval;
  • If confirmed defective, Toy Station will offer an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective:

  • Opened blind bags / surprise toys;
  • Items with damaged, opened, or missing original packaging;
  • Items showing signs of use or wear;
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

8. Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method;
  • Processing time is typically 7–10 business days from approval;
  • For cash payments, refunds will be issued in cash in-store.

9. Compliance with UAE Law

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UAE law.
Customers retain all rights granted under applicable consumer protection regulations.
